Key technology of digital workshop for aluminum alloy car body of rail vehicle

摘要: 通过对轨道车辆铝合金车体的制造现状深入调研,以标准化生产线和节拍化的生产工位为研究对象,按照数字化、柔性化的生产理念,提出符合轨道车辆制造特点和铝合金车体生产业务流程的数字化车间总体架构,并分别对车间的数字化产品设计协同平台、数字化制造运营管理平台、数字化柔性生产线和大数据平台等关键技术进行阐述。集成了研发、制造和管理协同的数字化车间可以提高生产效率,降低运营成本、缩减产品研制周期,为铝合金车体车间甚至轨道车辆装备制造企业进一步推动智能制造提供借鉴。Abstract: Based on the in-depth investigation on the manufacturing status of aluminum alloy car body of rail vehicles, taking the standardized production line and beat production station as the research object, and according to the production concept of digitalization and flexibility, this article proposed the overall framework of digital workshop which conforms to the manufacturing characteristics of rail vehicle and the production business process of aluminum alloy car body, described the key technologies of digital product design collaborative platform, digital manufacturing operation management platform, digital flexible production line and big data platform. The digital workshop integrated with research, development, manufacturing and management collaboration can improve production efficiency, reduce operating costs and shorten product development cycle. It can provide reference for aluminum alloy car body workshop and even rail vehicle equipment manufacturing enterprises to further promote intelligent manufacturing.
