基于混合层级模型的铁路救援装备布局研究与应用

Railway rescue equipment layout based on mixed level model

  • 摘要: 既有线和高速铁路线纵横交错是中国铁路网的现状,现有的铁路救援装备基地仅能较好地覆盖既有线。为进一步提高铁路救援装备基地对高速铁路网的覆盖,提出在既有铁路救援装备基地中增加新型高速铁路救援起重机和内燃机车,构建包括枢纽救援装备基地和快速救援装备基地的铁路救援装备网络混合层级优化模型,建立事故风险点覆盖最多和平均救援响应时间最小的多目标优化模型,并采用蚁群算法进行求解。在不改变救援装备基地数量的情况下,模型给出的救援装备基地网络平均救援响应时间显著缩短;救援装备基地数量可变时,模型可在保证覆盖率和响应时间的前提下,显著减少救援装备基地数量,从而削减成本。

     

    Abstract: The current situation of China’s railway network is that existing railway lines and high-speed railway lines crisscross. The existing rescue equipment bases can better cover the existing railway lines. In order to further improve the coverage of railway rescue equipment base to high-speed railway network, this paper proposed to add new type high-speed railway rescue cranes and diesel locomotives in the existing railway rescue equipment base, built a mixed level railway rescue equipment network optimization model including hub rescue equipment base and fast rescue equipment base, and established a multi-objective optimization model with the largest coverage of accident risk points and the smallest average rescue response time, and used Ant colony algorithm to solve the problem. Under the condition of not changing the number of rescue equipment bases, the average rescue response time of the rescue equipment base network given by the model is significantly improved; in the case of changing the number of rescue equipment bases, the model can significantly reduce the number of rescue equipment bases and reduce the cost on the premise of ensuring the coverage and response time.
