Abstract: Railway Beidou testing and certification laboratory is an important basic support for ensuring the application quality of Beidou navigation satellite system in railway. According to the status quo and requirements of its applications in railway, the objectives and principles of the construction of Railway Beidou testing and certification laboratory are formulated and the main functionalities and construction items of the laboratory are proposed. Furthermore, the overall structure of the lab system is proposed and the design of its network and virtualized computing environment are given. Besides, the key technologies involving in the construction of the laboratory are also briefed in hope of providing reference on the implementation of the laboratory construction task.
