Abstract: In order to further improve the market competitiveness of railway ferry in Qiongzhou Strait and enhance the efficiency of railway port production, this article analyzed the current situation of safety production operation, passenger service and dispatching command in the north and south ports, and put forward the scheme of constructing the intelligent management system of railway ferry passenger and freight port for Qiongzhou Strait. Through the dispatching, organization and management to passengers, vehicles, equipment and facilities across the sea, it was implemented the whole process intelligent management for the port operation, and improved the service level, work quality and work efficiency.
