Abstract:
The comprehensive evaluation of railway freight customer value is an important part of railway freight marketing, which is of great significance for maintaining customer relationship and improving freight service quality. At present, the common evaluation method is to evaluate a single index. This paper provided three methods of subjective and objective two dimensions for comprehensive evaluation of customers, and solved the problem of incomplete evaluation index. By extracting and summarizing the historical data, using Python language and analytic hierarchy process, coefficient of variation method, entropy method, the paper calculated the data, and finally accurately calculated the customer value and comprehensive ranking. The comprehensive evaluation of customer value implemented the transformation of railway freight marketing from single index evaluation to comprehensive evaluation.
