Abstract: Under the traditional credit integral mode, most of the credit integral system is a self built system of a single merchant, all credit integrals of consumers were scattered in different merchants, the exchange was tedious, it was difficult to cross use among merchants, and resulting in poor circulation of credit integrals, weak consumption of credit integrals, and the marketing means of increasing consumer stickiness through credit integrals was limited.To solve these problems, the railway catering credit integral chain based on blockchain technology was studied.Blockchain technology, with its open, transparent, traceable, tamper proof and other characteristics, can solve the application problem of the difficulty of credit integrals exchange and consumption between merchants.The merchants of railway 12306 ordering platform belong to different places and different subjects. The railway catering credit integral chain based on blockchain technology can implement the transparent distribution of credit integrals, mutual trust of credit integrals among merchants and transparent consumption. This research has positive significance for improving the catering experience of passengers and enhancing the service level of railway extension.
