Application of railway catering credit integral chain based on blockchain technology

摘要: 传统积分模式下,积分系统多为单个商户的自建系统,消费者所有积分分散在不同商户处、兑换繁琐、商户间交叉使用困难,导致积分流通性差,积分消费乏力,通过积分增加消费者粘性的营销手段受到局限。为此,研究基于区块链技术的铁路餐饮积分链。区块链技术以其公开、透明、可追溯、防篡改等特点,可以解决商户间积分互通、消费困难的应用问题。铁路12306订餐平台商户分属不同地方、不同主体,通过基于区块链技术的铁路餐饮积分链,可以实现积分发行透明、商户间积分互信、消费透明。这一研究对于提升旅客餐饮体验,提高铁路延伸服务水平具有积极意义。Abstract: Under the traditional credit integral mode, most of the credit integral system is a self built system of a single merchant, all credit integrals of consumers were scattered in different merchants, the exchange was tedious, it was difficult to cross use among merchants, and resulting in poor circulation of credit integrals, weak consumption of credit integrals, and the marketing means of increasing consumer stickiness through credit integrals was limited.To solve these problems, the railway catering credit integral chain based on blockchain technology was studied.Blockchain technology, with its open, transparent, traceable, tamper proof and other characteristics, can solve the application problem of the difficulty of credit integrals exchange and consumption between merchants.The merchants of railway 12306 ordering platform belong to different places and different subjects. The railway catering credit integral chain based on blockchain technology can implement the transparent distribution of credit integrals, mutual trust of credit integrals among merchants and transparent consumption. This research has positive significance for improving the catering experience of passengers and enhancing the service level of railway extension.
