Abstract:
There are more and more channels to collect EMU fault data. Different sources of faults have different data structure and processing flow, which brings challenges to unified fault management and analysis. Through the analysis of multiple source fault sources of EMU, this paper proposed the design scheme of multi-source fault management platform for EMU, constructed a standardized structure system of multi-source fault data, implemented the unified management of multi-source faults of EMU, and functions such as closed-loop management, statistical analysis, fault knowledge base management, key fault management, fault prediction and maintenance decision management. The establishment of the platform is conducive to the integrated management of multiple faults by EMU operation and maintenance units, reducing costs and providing effective data support for the whole life cycle management of EMU accessories.
