质量驱动的铁路建设工程管理模型

Quality-driven project management model for railway construction engineering

  • 摘要: 进度、质量、成本是铁路建设项目管理的核心任务,如何科学解决虚报、超报、超验等问题是工程管理的难点。以质量检验批任务为最小的施工管理单元,设计了关键任务驱动的数据关联机制,并以工程形象进度图为基础,建立了进度、质量、计价、检验信息的关联关系,构建了基于质量驱动的铁路建设工程管理模型,研发了相应的信息系统。信息系统在客运专线建设单位的应用结果表明:运用所构建的管理模型可以降低工作流程中因数据操作而引入虚假数据的风险,可以提高各项数据自顶向下的层层追溯与查验的效率,提升客运专线建设工程管理的信息化水平。
    Abstract: Project progress, quality, and cost are the core task of project management for the railway construction engineering, and it is a complicated issue that how to prevent the fraudulent misrepresentation issues. This paper treated the quality inspection batch task as the smallest unit of construction management, designed the data association mechanism driven by the key tasks. Furthermore, the relationship among schedule, quality, valuation, and inspection information were established by employing the map of the project progress, then the quality-driven project management model for railway construction engineering was obtained, and information system was developed. The developed system was applied in the construction of line for passenger transportation. The results of the case study show that using the developed management model is capable to decrease the risk of introducing the false data, increase the efficiency of data retrospect and checking, and promote the management information level of the construction of line for passenger transportation.
