Solution of safety earning warning protection system for railway operating workers and vehicles based on Beidou

  • 摘要: 介绍铁路施工作业人员和车辆安全预警防护的现状及存在的问题,结合北斗卫星导航系统的优势,利用北斗卫星系统高精度定位技术,结合GIS地理信息、地基增强、移动通信技术及其它辅助技术,提出构建铁路施工作业人员和车辆安全预警防护的软硬件系统方案的设想。通过此方案可有效地解决现有铁路施工作业过程中人员与车辆间存在的安全隐患。根据预先在地图上规划的施工作业安全区域以及人与车的位置关系,实时动态地监视人员和车辆在地图上位置状态,当出现人和车之间的距离达到系统设定的危险距离或车进入到规划的施工作业安全区域时,系统自动给施工作业人员发送预警信号,提醒作业人员注意安全,从而预防和减少安全事故的发生,确保作业人员的人身安全。
    Abstract: This article introduced the current situation and existing problems of the safety earning warning protection for railway operating workers and vehicles, combined with the advantages of Beidou satellite navigation system, used Beidou satellite system high-precision positioning technology, GIS, ground-based augmentation system, mobile communication technology and other auxiliary technology, put forward the solution of safety earning warning system for railway operating workers and vehicles based on Beidou. This solution could effectively solve the existing security risks for railway operating workers and vehicles in the process of construction. According to the construction safety area of pre-planning on the map and the relationship of the position between railway operating workers and vehicles, the system could real-time dynamic monitor the position of railway operating workers and vehicles on the map. When the distance between railway operating workers and vehicles reached the set risk distance, or the vehicles went into the construction work safety area, the system sent the early warning signal automatically to the railway operating workers, reminded railway operating workers caution, so then prevented and reduced the occurrence of safety accidents, ensured the safety of railway operating workers.
