Abstract:
In recent years, flood disasters often happen in the southern provinces of China, almost every day the railway passenger trains were forced to cancel the departure because of flood disasters. The sold tickets for these trains need to be refunded, which bring great pressure to the relevant railway station. Therefore, the demands for automatic refund machines are becoming more and more urgent. Combined with the characteristics of railway ticketing and reservation system, in order to meet the requirements for passenger, guided by the overall technical scheme, the railway automatic refund machine(TRM) was designed. Many new methods and technologies were applied to the machine. The technologies, such as image recognition, application load balancing, quick query, were studied in this paper. The methods and technologies were helpful to automation and intelligence of TRM, improve refund efficiency, enhance the passenger refund service experience.
