Abstract:
Lanzhou-Xinjiang High-speed Railway is the first high-speed railway opened in western China. The surrounding natural environment has the characteristics of high altitude, cruel cold, large temperature difference between day and night, windy and dusty, etc. Based on the theory of railway infrastructure gridding management, this article discussed the business requirements of permanent-way risk management of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Highspeed Railway, used the information technology to built the permanent-way risk management information system of Lanzhou–Xinjiang High-speed Railway. The position of permanent-way risk was identified within the range of 200 meters, implemented the transition from qualitative to quantitative change in the risk assessment of permanent-way safety. The business requirements, the framework design, the database design, the data interface and the functional design of the system were emphatically discussed.
