Abstract: In order to maintain the normal order of railway passenger transportation, provide fair ticketing environment, this article analyzed blacklist management status for the Railway Ticketing and Reservation System, proposed the solution for the establishment of railway passenger blacklist management system, introduced key technologies for high concurrent processing and distribute access of the System. As credit system for railway passenger transport, blacklist management system is of great significance.
