摘要: 为了提高铁路施工作业管理的信息化水平，需要开发相应人员管理系统，为实现施工过程的“人、权、责一致”提供技术支撑。本文结合我国施工作业的特点，以数据库和网络技术为支撑，开发了行车设备施工登销记人员管理信息系统，用于辅助完成施工计划的登销记工作，规范登销记流程，提高《行车设备施工登记簿》的登销记质量。

Abstract: In order to improve the information level of railway construction operation management, it was necessary to develop the relevant personal management system to guarantee the consistency of the people, right and responsibility. In this paper, combining with the characteristics of the construction work, using the database and network technology as the support, it was developed the Personal Management System to assist registration and write-off of construction plan, standardize the procedures of registration and write-off, improve the quality of registration and write-off for the construction registration of train operation equipment.
