Abstract: Railway passenger transport plays an important role in the national passenger transport. The informatization and modernization of railway passenger transport management become an urgent demand due to the lower degree of information sharing, the lack of standardized management of passenger transport organization, difficulties of upgrade and maintenance for the existing system. This article analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the Railway Passenger Transport Management Information System, introduced the general architecture and functions of the System, proposed the implementation plan of the System.
