摘要: 为提升铁路互联网售票服务水平，提出在铁路12306网站上提供车票快递服务，实现旅客在铁路12306网站购票的同时，可以预约快递车票功能，铁路安排专业的快递队伍将车票快递到家。本文介绍车票快递系统的总体方案、系统功能设计以及车票快递的业务流程。

Abstract: To promote the service level of Internet ticketing, the paper proposed to provide the ticket express service in 12306 Website. That meant passengers could buy railway tickets in the 12306 Website, in the meantime, order the tickets express service. Tickets could be expressed to the home by professional courier teams. The paper also introduced the general scheme, the design of system function, the business process of ticket express for the Ticket Express System.
