Abstract:
To address the difficulties in information integration and insufficient of comprehensive management ability of railway dispatching emergency plan, The concept and approach of knowledge graph is employed to sort and analyze relevant information resources of railway dispatching emergency plan. Using a combination of top-down and bottom-up method, the knowledge graph of railway dispatching emergency plan is constructed, in which the core elements of railway dispatching emergency plan are indentified and their properties and associations are defined. Besides, the methods of data extraction, data fusion and knowledge storage are studied to realize standardized and orderly organization and storage of railway dispatching emergency plan data. Taking train operation in foggy weather as a study case, the application of the knowledge graph of railway dispatching emergency plan is explored. The application shows that knowledge graph can be a powerful tool for integrating multi-source and heterogeneous related information resources of railway dispatching emergency plan and facilitate the utilization of those resources and better support rapid decision-making in emergency command and and support emergency response rolling out in a calm and orderly manner.
