Abstract: Railway passenger service quality and information level of passenger service system are important indicators to measure the level of railway passenger service.It is urgent to design advanced railway passenger service information system to provide safe, comfortable, convenient and efficient high-quality service for passengers.This paper analyzed the application status and system composition of China's railway passenger service information system, took the middle platform as a bridge connecting the front and back stage, put forward the design scheme of railway passenger service information system based on the middle platform, and gave the overall system architecture based on the middle platform.The research shows that the system using the technology of middle platform can improve the level of railway passenger service informatization, enhance passenger travel experience, and further improve the level of railway passenger service.
