Monitoring system of shunting operation in coal mine enterprise based on digital twins

摘要: 为提升煤矿企业调车作业安全水平,文章基于数字孪生技术构建了煤矿企业调车作业监控系统。通过实时调机数据采集,基于地图匹配技术、可视化技术、违规决策及自动控制技术,实现了调车作业全过程的智能监控、报警和远程控制。应用结果表明,该系统能对煤矿企业调车作业进行高精度实时监控,有效减少了日常违规作业行为,消除了违规作业造成的安全隐患。Abstract: Based on digital twin technology, this paper constructed a monitoring system of shunting operation in coal mine enterprises. Through real-time shunting data collection, based on map matching technology, visualization technology, illegal decision-making and automatic control technology, the paper implemented intelligent monitoring, alarm and remote control of the whole process of shunting operation. The application results show that the system can carry out high-precision real-time monitoring on the shunting operation of coal mining enterprises, effectively reduce the daily illegal operation behavior, eliminate the safety hazards caused by illegal operation, and improve the safety level of shunting operation.
