铁路信号机房智能巡检系统设计

Intelligent inspection system of railway signal equipment room

  • 摘要: 针对铁路信号机房设备人工巡检作业效率低、设备异常检测准确性难以保证、故障处理效率低、现场作业人员缺乏技术支持和安全控制等问题,文章设计了铁路信号机房智能巡检系统。系统由机房智能巡检设备、数据中心设备和维修终端设备构成;机房智能巡检设备采用轨道式巡检机器人,可依据巡检计划自动执行巡检作业,采集视频/图像和温度等监测数据并上传至数据中心设备;数据中心设备采用智能视频/图像分析技术,自动识别设备指示灯,据此判断设备是否出现异常;当检测到异常时,维修终端设备立即向调度员报警。在实现日常巡检作业无人化、达到减员增效目标的基础上,该系统借助巡检机器人的视频监控和语音通话功能,辅助信号维修人员进行远程故障检查,为现场作业人员提供远程指导,验证现场作业人员身份,监督其作业过程,增强信号机房现场作业安全管控。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of manual inspection of railway signal machine room equipment, difficulty in ensuring the accuracy of equipment anomaly detection, low efficiency of fault handling, lack of technical support and safety control of on-site maintainers, this paper proposes a solution to the intelligent inspection system of railway signal equipment room, which is mainly composed of the intelligent inspection equipment in signal equipment room, the data center equipment and the maintenance terminal equipment. The intelligent inspection equipment adopts track-type inspection robot, which can automatically perform inspection operations according to the inspection plan, collect video/image and equipment temperature monitoring data and upload them to the data center equipment. The data center equipment adopts intelligent image analysis technology to automatically determine whether the equipment is abnormal. Once an anomaly is detected, the maintenance terminal equipment immediately alerts the dispatcher to ensure timely processing. On the basis of realizing the unmanned daily inspection work and achieving the goal of reducing personnel and increasing efficiency, with the help of the video monitoring and voice communication function of the robot, the system can also assist the signal maintenance personnel to carry out remote fault review and remote control of fault inspection, provide remote guidance for the on-site maintainers, verify the identity of the maintainers, and supervise their operation process, thus enhancing the safety control of on-site operations in signal equiment room.
