基于非线性规划的铁路应急物资储备点选址模型方案研究

Location model scheme of railway emergency material reserve points based on nonlinear programming

  • 摘要: 通过对国内外应急物资选址问题成果的研究,根据铁路的特点,对铁路应急物资储备点选址方案进行科学规划和设计。在优先考虑应急响应时间的基础上,建立一个以各应急点物资运输量与运输距离乘积之和最小化为目标的非线性规划选址模型,并通过lingo多次迭代求解。算例分析表明,该模型能够确定储备点的位置和对各应急点的运送方案,解决铁路应急物资的储备点选址问题。

     

    Abstract: Based on the research of emergency material location at home and abroad, according to the characteristics of railways, the location scheme of railway emergency material reserve points was scientifically planned and designed. On the basis of giving priority to emergency response time, a non-linear programming location model was established, which aimed at minimizing the sum of the product of material transportation volume and transportation distance at each emergency point, and was solved by lingo iterations. The example analysis shows that the model can determine the location of the reserve point and the transportation plan of each emergency point, and solve the problem of locating the reserve point of railway emergency materials.
