Abstract:
Based on the research of emergency material location at home and abroad, according to the characteristics of railways, the location scheme of railway emergency material reserve points was scientifically planned and designed. On the basis of giving priority to emergency response time, a non-linear programming location model was established, which aimed at minimizing the sum of the product of material transportation volume and transportation distance at each emergency point, and was solved by lingo iterations. The example analysis shows that the model can determine the location of the reserve point and the transportation plan of each emergency point, and solve the problem of locating the reserve point of railway emergency materials.
