基于可视化建模的铁路货物装载加固方案研究

  • 摘要: 铁路货物装载加固作为货运重要工作内容,目前,主要采用人工绘图、手动计算等传统方式,直观性差、效率低。文章利用WebGL、3DMax、Rhino等可视化仿真建模技术,结合装载加固业务理论知识,实现装载加固方案匹配以及生成的自动化处理。在提供直观的装载加固方案展示基础上,满足业务人员对展示方案进行交互操作的需求,使业务人员对装载方案有了更为直观的认知。对提高货运作业效率,推动铁路货运生产作业无纸化、智能化发展有着重要意义。

     

    Abstract: As an important part of freight transportation, railway freight loading and reinforcement mainly adopts manual drawing, manual calculation and other traditional methods, which is poor visualization and low efficiency. This article used WebGl, 3DMax, Rhino and other visual simulation modeling technologies, combined with the theoretical knowledge of load and reinforcement business, to implement the load and reinforcement scheme matching and automatic processing of generation. On the basis of providing an intuitive display of the loading and reinforcement scheme, it meets the requirements of the business personnel for interactive operation of the display scheme, and makes the business personnel have a more intuitive understanding of the loading and reinforcement scheme. It is of great significance to improve freight operation efficiency and promote paperless and intelligent development of railway freight production.
