Application and development of intelligent construction based on BIM in railway industry

  • 摘要: 我国铁路建造技术日益先进,建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在铁路建造领域取得阶段性成果。BIM技术促进了中国铁路建造模式的革新和转变。在对国内外智能建造发展背景分析的基础上,深化铁路工程智能建造的内涵和特征,结合工程实践形成铁路工程智能建造7大技术支撑体系,有机融合信息技术与建造技术,介绍工程设计及仿真、工厂化加工、精密测控、自动化安装、动态监测和信息化管理等应用实践,提出BIM技术在智能铁路建设过程中的发展方向,为BIM技术在铁路智能建造过程中的深化应用,推进铁路建造过程的精益、智慧、高效、绿色协同发展,进而提升铁路建造技术,提高铁路建造水平提供参考。
    Abstract: Railway construction technology in China is becoming more and more advanced, and the Building Information Modeling (BIM)technology has achieved phased results in the field of railway construction. BIM technology has promoted the exploration and transformation of China's railway from the traditional construction system to the intelligent construction mode in the new era. Based on the analysis of the development background of intelligent construction at home and abroad, this paper put forward the connotation and characteristics of intelligent construction of railway engineering, combined with engineering practice to form seven technical support systems for railway intelligent construction, organically integrated information technology and construction technology. The paper introduced the application practice of engineering design and simulation, factory processing, precision measurement and control, automatic installation, dynamic monitoring and information management, put forward the development direction of BIM technology in the process of intelligent railway construction. It also provided a reference for deepening the application of BIM technology, promoting the lean, intelligent, efficient and green coordinated development of railway construction process, and further improving the railway construction technology and the level of railway construction.
