基于EHM理念的铁路机务设备大数据健康管理系统的设计与实现

  • 摘要: 为更好地进行铁路机务设备工作状态管理,降低维修成本,设计并实现了基于设备健康管理(EHM,Equipment Health Management)理念的铁路机务设备大数据健康管理系统。该系统通过层次分析法、自回归(AR,Autoregressive)模型、支持向量机(SVM,Support Vector Machine)模型,实现了铁路机务设备运行状态实时监测、健康趋势预测分析(准确率到达96.2%)、故障预测分析(准确率到达99.08%)、风险评估预警等功能。系统的运用有效的降低铁路机务设备维修成本,为铁路机务设备的信息化健康管理起到示范作用。

     

    Abstract: In order to better manage the working state of railway locomotive equipment and reduce the maintenance cost, this article designed and implemented a big data health management system of railway locomotive equipment based on the concept of equipment health management(EHM).The system implemented the functions of real-time monitoring, health trend prediction and analysis (the accuracy reaches 96.2%), fault prediction and analysis (the accuracy reaches 99.08%), risk assessment and early warning, etc. of railway locomotive equipment operation state by means of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), autoregressive model (AR), support vector machine (SVM).The application of the system will effectively reduce the maintenance cost of railway locomotive equipment, and play an exemplary role in the informatization health management of railway locomotive equipment.
