Abstract:
In order to better manage the working state of railway locomotive equipment and reduce the maintenance cost, this article designed and implemented a big data health management system of railway locomotive equipment based on the concept of equipment health management(EHM).The system implemented the functions of real-time monitoring, health trend prediction and analysis (the accuracy reaches 96.2%), fault prediction and analysis (the accuracy reaches 99.08%), risk assessment and early warning, etc. of railway locomotive equipment operation state by means of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), autoregressive model (AR), support vector machine (SVM).The application of the system will effectively reduce the maintenance cost of railway locomotive equipment, and play an exemplary role in the informatization health management of railway locomotive equipment.
