Abstract: To cope with the difficulties of passenger evacuation and rescue and the inconveniency of equipment and facility inspection and maintenance as well as the necessity of lower cost in the operation and maintenance of the suspended monorail transit, its suitable operation and maintenance management mode is explored. On the basis of this, the operation supervision and maintenance support platform for the suspended monorail transit is studied and developed. This platform can realize comprehensive monitoring, operation supervision and maintenance support that can help downsize the staffs, improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance and timely eliminate potential hazards, thus providing technical guarantee for safe, reliable and economical operation of the suspended monorail transit and improving its service level. The main functions, architecture design, hardware composition, data interfaces and key technologies of the platform are described. The platform have passed the test by a third-party testing organization with the qualification of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment（CNAS）.
