Abstract: This article analyzed the shortcomings of the existing production organization and management mode of Guangzhou Metro, proposed the idea of developing the production management information system for urban rail transit based on B/S structure, and introduced the technical structure, function application and use process of the system. The application results show that the system improves work efficiency and management level, is expected to save about 2 700 man-hours a year
