Railway passenger station equipment application monitoring system

摘要: 针对铁路客站设备管理手段落后,管理过程碎片化,管理时效性滞后,管理人员劳动强度大等问题,铁路客站设备运用监控系统通过构建国铁集团-铁路局集团公司-车站三级管理架构,建立标准设备编码体系,定义设备核心部件、规范设备运行参数,利用物联网平台接口技术,实现车站设备运维保养过程全线追踪、状态实时在线监测、设备控制精细智能。通过动静态履历的管理,为设备建立"一物一档"唯一标识,实现设备全寿命周期管理。系统为车站设备管理提供了有效手段,实现管理过程连续、故障修复及时,同时降低车站能耗,减少作业人员工作量,降低车站运营成本。Abstract: Aiming at the problems of backward management means, fragmented management process, delayed management timeliness and high labor intensity of management personnel for railway passenger station equipment,through the construction of China Railway-railway administration-railway station three-level management framework, the railway passenger station equipment application monitoring system established the standard equipment coding system, defined the core components of equipment, standardized the operation parameters of equipment, and utilized the interface technology of Internet of things platformto implement the whole line tracking of station equipment operation and maintenance process, real-time on-line monitoring of status, fine intelligent equipment control, through the dynamic and static resume management, established a "one thing, one file" unique identification for equipment, and achieved equipment whole life cycle management. The system provides effective means for station equipment management to implement continuous management process, timely fault repair, cut down station energy consumption, decrease the workload of operators and reduce the operation cost of the station.
