高速铁路智能站台门系统低温适应性研究

Low temperature adaptability of intelligent platform door system for high-peed railway

  • 摘要: 针对铁路站台门系统在低温环境下运行时出现结构强度减弱、运行故障率升高、甚至大面积“冻卡”等问题,提出一种能够自适应温度急剧变化的智能站台门系统设计方案:通过改变原有的门体承重结构材质,更新传动结构的形式和材质,使门体结构具备适应低温环境的能力;通过集成预热控制系统,实现站台门系统在常规与低温环境下自适应运行。已在实验室塔建了智能站台门系统并完成对该系统的试验,试验结果表明,该系统能克服极寒环境给站台门运行带来的不利影响,满足站台门系统在低温环境下的运行需求。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems such as structural strength weakening, operation failure rate increasing, and even "freezing" in large area when railway platform door system operates in low temperature environment, this article proposed a design scheme of intelligent platform door system which could adapt to the rapid change of temperature: by changing the original material of load-bearing structure of door body, updating the form and material of transmission structure, so that the door structure has the ability to adapt to low temperature environment; through the integrated preheating control system, the platform door system could operate adaptively in normal temperature and low temperature environment. The intelligent platform door system was built in the laboratory enviroment. The test results show that the system can overcome the adverse impact of extremely cold environment on the platform door operation, and meet the operation requirements of platform door system in low temperature environment.
