Abstract:
In view of the problems such as structural strength weakening, operation failure rate increasing, and even "freezing" in large area when railway platform door system operates in low temperature environment, this article proposed a design scheme of intelligent platform door system which could adapt to the rapid change of temperature: by changing the original material of load-bearing structure of door body, updating the form and material of transmission structure, so that the door structure has the ability to adapt to low temperature environment; through the integrated preheating control system, the platform door system could operate adaptively in normal temperature and low temperature environment. The intelligent platform door system was built in the laboratory enviroment. The test results show that the system can overcome the adverse impact of extremely cold environment on the platform door operation, and meet the operation requirements of platform door system in low temperature environment.
