Design of railway safety comprehensive management system based on safety big data application platform

摘要: 利用中国铁路北京局集团有限公司安全大数据应用平台的资源及大数据分析技术,开展铁路局集团公司安全综合管理系统设计方案研究。通过数据挖掘和分析,系统可从不同角度揭示事故/故障、安全问题等各类危险的特征和规律,探索各类危险源与安全事件的关联关系,分析判别安全事故/故障的趋势,为铁路安全监督管理工作提供全新的辅助决策支持工具。Abstract: By using the resources of the safety big data application platform of Beijing Railway Administration and big data analysis technology, a research is made on the design of railway safety comprehensive management system of Railway Administration. Via data mining and analysis, this system can help safety management personnels reveal the characteristics and regularity of various hazards such as accidents, faults and safety problems from different perspectives, probe the correlations and evolution of various hazards and safety events, and discover the trends of safety accidents and faults, thus offering a new decision support tool for railway safety supervision and management.
