ATO模式下车地联动时序分析与站台门延时控制系统设计

Time sequence analysis of vehicle-ground linkage and design of platform doortime delay control system in ATO mode

  • 摘要: 分析轨道交通中列车门与站台门,在不同控制时序下的安全性问题的基础上,提出列车门与站台门开关动作时序方案。通过对现有站台门系统的控制方式,以及站台门与列车控制中心的接口条件进行逻辑分析,提出延时控制系统的功能设计方案,详细说明了其接口原理及工作流程。系统由安全继电器、中央逻辑处理单元构成,以“故障导向安全”为原则,具备完整的自检功能。在试验室环境下对系统功能进行验证,通过模拟列车控制中心的控制命令,延时控制系统能够准确地对控制命令进行延时、记录、故障处理。试验结果表明,该系统简单实用、安全可靠,提高了乘客出行的安全性和舒适度,为既有车站站台门系统升级改造起到了重要作用。

     

    Abstract: Based on the analysis of the safety problems of train door and platform door in rail transit under different control time sequences, this paper proposed the switching action time sequence scheme of train door and platform door. Through the logical analysis of the control mode of the existing platform door system and the interface conditions between the platform door and the train control center, the paper proposed the functional design scheme of the time delay control system, and described the interface principle and work flow in detail. The system was composed of safety relay and central logic processing unit, with the principle of “fault oriented safety”, had a complete self-test function. The system function was verified in the laboratory environment. By simulating the control command of the train control center, the system could accurately delay, record and deal with the fault to the control command. The test results show that the system is simple, practical, safe and reliable, which improves the safety and comfort of passengers, and plays an important role in upgrading the existing station platform door system.
