基于数字孪生技术的动车组运维管理系统架构研究

EMU operation and maintenance management system architecture based on digital twin technology

  • 摘要: 借鉴数字孪生技术在产品远程运维中的实践经验,立足动车组运维信息化建设实际情况,分析数字孪生技术动车组运行和检修过程中的应用需求,研究基于数字孪生技术的动车组运维管理系统总体架构,设计数字孪生动车组、数字孪生运用所和数字孪生高级修车间3大应用,实现动车组运维全要素融合展示,保障动车组运行安全,支持精准化运维管理。数字孪生技术在动车组运维中的应用研究,有助于解决动车组运维信息化存在的数据分散、数据挖掘不够深入和缺乏融合展示的问题。

     

    Abstract: Learned from the practical experience of digital twin technology in product remote operation and maintenance, and based on the actual situation of EMU operation and maintenance information construction, this paper analyzed the application requirements of digital twin technology in EMU operation and maintenance process, studied the overall architecture of EMU operation and maintenance management system based on digital twin technology, and designed three applications of digital twin EMU, digital twin operation station and digital twin advanced repair workshop, so as to realize the integrated display of all elements of EMU operation and maintenance, ensure EMU operation safety, and support accurate operation and maintenance management. The application of digital twin technology in EMU operation and maintenance helps to solve the problems of data dispersion, insufficient data mining and lack of fusion display in EMU operation and maintenance informatization.
