Modeling technology of maintenance data for important parts and components of locomotive

摘要: 通过对机车重要零部件检修数据模型化关键技术的研究,实现对机车重要零部件检修记录数据规范化、格式化、模型化的统一管理。收集各检修单位检修记录单数据,结合零部件检修规程要求,参考各类零部件检修工艺,按照零部件类型进行检修记录单数据模型化制作,然后对数据进行分析和处理,实现了机车重要零部件检修数据标准化、模型化应用,简化了检修数据采集方式,降低了使用难度,方便了机车检修记录数据维护工作,为机车数据化检修提供了良好的基础。Abstract: Through the research on the key technologies of modeling the maintenance data for important parts and components of locomotive, the unified management of standardization, format and modeling of the maintenance record data for important parts of locomotive was realized.This paper collected the data of the maintenance record sheet of each maintenance unit, combined the requirements of the maintenance procedures of parts and components, referenced the maintenance process of various parts and components, made the maintenance record sheet data modeling according to the types of parts and components, and then analyzed and processed the data, implemented the standardization and modeling application of the maintenance data for important parts and components of locomotive. It simplifies the collection mode of maintenance data, reduces the difficulty degree of using maintenance data, facilitates the maintenance of locomotive maintenance record data, and provides a good foundation for locomotive data-based maintenance.
