Abstract:
In order to effectively utilize the carrying capacity of railway stations and sections and to raise the capacity of passenger and freight transportation of the railway, it is indispensible to improve the quality of the train operation plan to ensure smooth and steady operation of railway transportation. Starting from the analysis and selection of evaluation indexes for high-speed train operation plan, the multiple attribute decision making method is adopted for evaluating high-speed train operation plans, in which the values of the indexes of a high-speed train operation plan are assigned and normalized, the entropy weight method is then used to determine the weight of each index, and finaly the ideal point method is employed to figure out the best solution. Furthermore, the feasibility and rationality of this method has been verified by case calculation and this method provides an new approach for evaluating high-speed train operation plan.
