Abstract:
In order to solve the problem that there were many kinds of railway automatic ticketing equipment and couldn't get the manual service in time, this article designed and implemented the railway intelligent visual interactive self-service ticketing system by using audio and video remote interaction technology, which could reduce the labor cost and improve the quality and efficiency of customer service. The pilot application results show that the system can effectively solve the problem of passengers going to multiple devices to handle different business, and get manual help in time, which is more convenient and has a good market application prospect.
