智能可视化交互自助票务系统的研究

Research on intelligent visual interactive self-service ticketing system

  • 摘要: 针对铁路自动票务设备种类繁多、不能及时获得人工服务的问题,应用音视频远程交互技术设计并实现了铁路智能可视化交互自助票务系统,在降低人工成本的同时提升客服的质量和效率。试点应用结果表明,该系统有效地解决了旅客去多台设备办理不同业务的困扰,并可及时得到人工帮助,较为便捷,具有较好的市场应用前景。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that there were many kinds of railway automatic ticketing equipment and couldn't get the manual service in time, this article designed and implemented the railway intelligent visual interactive self-service ticketing system by using audio and video remote interaction technology, which could reduce the labor cost and improve the quality and efficiency of customer service. The pilot application results show that the system can effectively solve the problem of passengers going to multiple devices to handle different business, and get manual help in time, which is more convenient and has a good market application prospect.
