Abstract:
The study of SPKS (Staff Protection Key Switch) setting solution can resolve the safety protection issue of working staff on the railway side for UTO projects of GoA4-level (Grade of Automation). Based on the line wiring,turnout setting and ATP automatic protection principle, and considering the line operation mode, the SPKS setting method was studied theoretically. The research results show that the design of SPKS directly affects the personal safety and operational efficiency on the railway side. Based on theoretical research and practical application of the project,this paper gave a reasonable and safe scheme for SPKS.
