Integrated supervision and management system for centralized safety operation and maintenance of railway information system platform

摘要: 研究铁路信息系统平台集中安全运维综合监管系统,解决目前铁路信息系统运维中,运维工具散乱、应用监控多且分散、运维知识管理力度不够、运维考核指标单一等突出问题。按照提出的集中安全运维综合监管系统整体建设思路与原则,设计出该系统的技术架构和应用架构,并对系统中9项子功能进行了详细设计,在设计过程中还深入研究了多项关键性技术。集中安全运维综合监管系统的提出,实现了信息系统平台运维的“三集化”要求,对提升铁路信息化运维水平具有重要意义。Abstract: This article studied the integrated supervision and management system for centralized safety operation and maintenance of railway information system platform to solve the outstanding problems of railway information system operation and maintenance, such as that operation and maintenance tools were scattered, application monitoring was dispersed and more, operation and maintenance knowledge management was not enough, and operation and maintenance assessment indicators were single. According to the overall construction idea and principle of the system,the article designed the technical framework, application framework, and 9 sub functions of the system in detail,studied on a number of key technologies in the design process. The system implemented the "three sets" requirement of information system platform operation and maintenance, which was of great significance for improving the operation and maintenance level of railway informatization.
