Abstract: The implementation strategy of railway big data is the base work. This paper described the planning of railway informationization and big data application construction, proposed the typical scenario of railway big data application, analyzed a series of problems faced by railway to develop big data. Based on the summary of the problem and combined with the current key technologies of big data, the paper presented the main ideas and implementation strategies. The strategies are verified very practical for application of big data construction of railway administration.
