高铁站台钢结构雨棚健康监测技术的研究与应用

摘要: 研究高铁站台钢结构雨棚健康监测技术,设计雨棚变形在线监测系统,解决雨棚变形在线监测问题。采用安装平行于梁轴的振弦式应变传感器收集包括列车通过荷载、环境荷载等特征信息,确定应力计算方法,通过ANSYS分析软件,将力学简化后的雨棚顶面传递的风荷载、雨荷载和雪荷载作用到有限元模型的节点上,建立空间三维模型分析受力并进行预测,及时发现结构响应的异常、损伤或退化。研究表明,该监测系统有助于及时发现钢结构雨棚的变形、损伤等问题。Abstract: Research and design on-line steel structure rainshed deformation monitoring system to solve the online monitoring problem of rainshed deformation. The vibrating-string strain sensor installed parallel to the beam axis was used to collect characteristic information including train passing loads and environmental loads to determine the stress calculation method. Through the ANSYS analysis software, the simplified mechanics models of the wind load and rain load and snow load from the top of the rainshed were acted on the nodes of the finite element model. The spatial three-dimensional model was set to analyze the force, make predictions, find the abnormalities and damage or degradation of structural response in time. The research shows that the monitoring system helps to discover the deformation and damage of steel structure canopy.
