Abstract: Vehicle-road reliability and safety simulation model was established to quantitatively analyze the influence of safety factors, such as the vehicle slip, vehicle rollover, goods displacement, goods rolling, on railway out-of-gauge goods safety transportation process. Dynamic simulation of railway out-of-gauge goods safety transportation process was made based on simpack simulation. The results indicated that the lateral off set of center of gravity, the gravitational center height of heavy vehicle and the classification of out-of-gauge freight played a major impact.
