互联互通CBTC系统中计轴故障占用判断方案研究

摘要: 现有多数地铁工程项目中,计轴故障占用(ARB)后如果非通信车再次通过,将无法维持ARB状态,导致后续基于通信的列车控制(CBTC)列车无法通过该计轴区段,对CBTC系统运营造成较大影响。为了解决此问题,基于北京地铁16号线工程的需求和技术调研,提出使用人工驾驶的受限模式(RM)列车清扫故障区段,证明故障区段无障碍物或非通信列车后,将其转换为ARB状态的方案,使CBTC列车可以正常通过该区段。该方案能够降低ARB后非通信车再次通过对运营产生的影响,将应用于北京地铁16号线二期工程。Abstract: In most of the existing subway engineering projects, if the non communication vehicle travels a always report blocking(ARB) axle counter section, the section will not be able to maintain the state of the ARB, so that the following CBTC train can not travel through this section. In order to solve this problem, based on the requirements of Beijing subway line 16 project and technology investigations, this article proposed a solution to use manual driving mode (RM) train to clean fault section, after determining the obstacle free or non communication trains in the fault section, convert it to a ARB state, let the CBTC train can be normal through the section. The solution could reduce the influence of non communication vehicle again for operations after ARB, and would be applied to Beijing subway line 16 second-phase project.
