一种桥梁预应力张拉自动控制系统

  • 摘要: 预应力张拉是预应力桥梁施工的核心环节,对张拉过程和终点的自动、精确控制具有重要意义。设计了一种预应力张拉自动控制系统,在自动校正检测张拉力和张拉伸长量的基础上,建立施工中张拉力和伸长量关系,同时根据施工规范,实现有效预应力点的判定,进而确定张拉终点。实验和现场施工应用表明,在张拉伸长量误差<0.1 mm,张拉力误差<0.02 MPa的前提下,该系统对张拉有效应力点的判定准确率为98%,满足自动施工要求。

     

    Abstract: Prestressed tensioning is an essential link in the construction of prestressed bridge, which is of great significance to the automatic and precise control of the tensioning process and the end point. This article designed an automatic prestressed tensioning control system, on the basis of automatic checking tensile tension and tensile elongation, established the relationship between tension and elongation during construction, meanwhile, according to the construction standard, implemented the determined of the effective prestressed point, and then determined the end of tension. Under the premise that the tension elongation error is less than 0.1 mm and the tension error is less than 0.02 MPa, the test and field application showed that the accurate rate of determining the effective prestress point was 98% by using the proposed method, it could meet the requirements of automatic construction.
