动车组中央控制单元冗余切换不降弓功能的研究

Function of redundant switching without bow reduction of EMU central control unit

  • 摘要: 为解决CRH5型动车组中央控制单元冗余切换过程中受电弓不能保持升弓状态的问题,对CRH5型动车组中央控制单元冗余切换和受电弓控制原理进行深入研究,分析中央控制单元冗余切换过程中受电弓不能保持升弓状态原因,提出了中央控制单元冗余切换不降弓的优化策略。大量现车试验证明,该优化策略能够实现中央控制单元冗余切换不降弓的功能,保证动车组运用的可靠性和稳定性。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the pantograph cannot maintain the bow state during the redundant switching of the CRH5 EMU central control unit, this article studied on the principle of redundancy switching and pantograph control for the CRH5 EMU central control unit intensively, analyzed the reasons why the pantograph could not maintain the bow state during the redundant switching of the central control unit, proposed the optimization strategy of redundant switching without bow reduction of central control unit. A large number of inventory car test proved that the optimization strategy could implement the function of redundant switching without bow reduction of central control unit, so as ensure the reliability and stability of EMU application.
