Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as idle resources of the railway administration and over-scattered mana-gement, the asset management development information system was developed to improve the operational efficiency of the asset management and enhance the management level. This article elaborated SSM (Spring+SpringMVC+MyBatis) software architecture, Shiro security framework, jQuery and other front display technology, designed and implemented the asset management development information system by using B/S framework. The system could put the nature of business information in the whole range of railway administration such as real estate, land, equipment, advertising resources and etc. into the database management, be used to released the foreign investment information through the Internet platform, collect the information of investment schedule, asset status, contract information and revenue settlement, implement the dynamic management of assets management and development work.
