Asset management development information system for railway administration

摘要: 为解决铁路局资产资源闲置,经营管理过于分散等问题,铁路局相关部门研发全局性的资产经营开发信息系统,从而提高资产经营效益,提升经营管理水平。文章阐述SSM软件架构、Shiro安全框架,采用jQuery等前台显示技术,使用B/S架构,完成资产经营开发信息系统的整体设计与实现,将全局范围内经营性质的房产、土地、设备、广告资源等信息纳入数据库管理,通过互联网平台对外发布招商信息,对招商进度、资产状态、合同信息、收入结算信息进行收集整理,实现全局资产经营开发工作的动态管理。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as idle resources of the railway administration and over-scattered mana-gement, the asset management development information system was developed to improve the operational efficiency of the asset management and enhance the management level. This article elaborated SSM (Spring+SpringMVC+MyBatis) software architecture, Shiro security framework, jQuery and other front display technology, designed and implemented the asset management development information system by using B/S framework. The system could put the nature of business information in the whole range of railway administration such as real estate, land, equipment, advertising resources and etc. into the database management, be used to released the foreign investment information through the Internet platform, collect the information of investment schedule, asset status, contract information and revenue settlement, implement the dynamic management of assets management and development work. -
