Abstract: In order to ensure the opening and smooth operation of the first phase project of Shijiazhuang Metro Line 1 and 3, the comprehensive test, adjustment and optimization of the matching relationships among the systems were conducted, which solved a large number of problems arising in the process of systems integration test. Based on the causes and the influence scope, the common problems found in the process of comprehensive adjustment were refined and classified, and serious problems affecting the traffic and safety were analyzed in detail. The typical problems such as communication interruption and escalator feedback errors were explained. It was put forward some suggestions for the follow-up line construction in terms of technology, plan, safety and so on, provided a guarantee for the smooth progress of the later systems integration test, the progress and quality of the follow-up route construction.
