Abstract: This article taken the construction project of remote visualization management system as an example, applied qualitative risk analysis technology, used methods and tools of risk probability and risk impact matrix record, describes the process of project risk management. It was effectively controlled the adverse effects of the risk of the project, implemented the objectives of the project, could provide a reference for other projects.
