Key issues reminder system for railway passenger station based on closed loop management

摘要: 针对铁路客运站不同运输生产车间信息孤岛日渐增多等情况,在站务基础上结合互联网技术与安全闭环管理理念,设计了一套以重点事项为中心,适用于铁路客运站重点事项提醒系统,与传统管理流程相比较,重点事项提醒系统具有计划性强、安全标准高、通知时段超前等特点。通过铁路客运站重点事项提醒系统的开发试用,达到减少运输生产车间信息孤岛的预期效果,为铁路客运服务由“数字车站”向“智慧车站”的演进奠定基础。

Abstract: The information islands were increased in the different transport workshop of railway passenger station. Due to this, based on the station service, combining with the Internet technology and security closed-loop management theory, it was designed a set of key issues reminder system for railway passenger station based on closed loop management, which was focused on key issues as the center. The system has the characteristics of strong planning, high safety standard, notice period advance, etc. The development of trial showed that the system could achieve the expected effect of reducing information islands of transport workshops. It laid the foundation of the evolution from “digital station” to “intelligent station” for the railway passenger service.
