Abstract: The aim was to research and design a set of application software which could complete the work of labor statistics analysis information management. The system overall architecture was B/S mode, developed by .NET technology, Oracle database was used for data storage and exchange, rich client platform Ext.Net was used for the interface. The crystal reports Cell plug-ins was used for report display and print. It was made full use of existing network resources combined with advanced information technology. The system implemented the function of labor force statistic analysis data collection, summary, statistical analysis, report forms (submitted to the department documents) to generate and print, and etc., greatly improve the efficiency of the labor data information management.
