Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency and intelligence of special goods transportation of railway administration, this article summarized the process about designing, developing and applying for dispatching management system, introduced the B/S overall architecture, the functions, Flotr2 and other key technologies used, analyzed the application benefit. By using this system, the special goods transportation dispatching of the railway administration became simple and efficient.
