33 t轴重重载铁路轨道结构合理刚度研究

Reasonable rigidity of track structure for 33 t axle load heavy haul railway

  • 摘要: 现有刚度研究多运用准静态方法进行分析并确定轨道结构的刚度取值范围,而没有考虑轨道刚度对轨道结构动力响应的影响,为改进既有方法,文章以车辆-轨道耦合动力学为基础,建立垂向分析模型,运用Matlab编写动力学仿真计算程序,采用敏感系数法分析轨道结构动力响应对轨道部件刚度变化的敏感度,从而得出轨道结构的合理刚度。以轨道综合动力响应最小建立目标函数,得出33 t轴重货车作用下有砟轨道结构的最优刚度匹配为:扣件刚度120 kN/mm,道床刚度175 kN/mm。

     

    Abstract: Most of the existing rigidity research use the quasi-static method to analyze and determine the rigidity range of track structure without considering the impact of the track rigidity on the dynamic response of the track structure. Therefore, based on the vehicle-track coupling dynamics, this paper established the vertical analysis model, andcompiled the dynamic simulation program with Matlab, analyzed the sensitivity of the dynamic response of the track structure to the change of the rigidity of the track components by using the sensitivity coefficient method, so as to obtain the reasonable rigidity of the track structure. The objective function was established by the minimum comprehensive dynamic response of the track, the optimal rigidity matching of the ballast track structure under the action of 33 t axle load freight truck was obtained as follows:fastener rigidity 120 kN/mm, ballast bed rigidity 175 kN/mm.
