Remaining ticket inquiry service system for railway station

摘要: 针对全国铁路部分车站大屏余票查询耗时长、车站售票窗口及自动售票机余票查询请求响应慢等问题,利用快速查询、分布式缓存、多维度故障检测、分布式内存数据库等技术,设计并开发具有高可靠性、高可用性、可扩展性的铁路车站余票查询服务系统。该系统已应用在全国铁路的售票窗口、自动售票机、车站大屏及集中电话订票的余票查询服务中,运行效果良好。Abstract: To solve the problems of the long time consuming for remaining ticket inquiry on large screens, the slow response of remaining ticket inquiry requests on station ticketing windows and automatic ticket vending machines in some railway stations in China, this paper used fast query, distributed cache, multi-dimensional fault detection, distributed memory database and other technologies to design and develop a remaining ticket inquiry service system for railway station with high reliability, high availability and expansibility. The system has been applied in the ticketing window, automatic ticket vending machine, station screen of the China’s railway station, as well as the centralized telephone ticketing and reservation system, the operation effect is good.
