Abstract: Through analyzing the safety psychological factors of railway workers, this article designed and constructed Safety Psychological Test Evaluation System. The System was composed of three parts: the Safety Data Acquisition and Test Subsystem, the Safety Data Analysis and Evaluation Subsystem, and the Safety Data Management Subsystem. The safety state of mind for the workers could be known deeply fram different levels and dimensions, as well as in different periods and different environment. The weakness of safety psychology of each workers could be quickly and efficiently found out to mobilize the initiative of the workers, effectively reduce the incidence of accidents, thereby ensure the safety of railway transport production in a state of security control.
